To schedule an appointment please complete our contact form. We will respond within two business days to confirm your consultation date and time.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the complexity of the matter and time required. A detailed fee estimate will be provided before any work begins. All payments must be made in Singapore dollars via bank transfer or credit card as agreed.
5. Refund Policy
At PensionLawCare.com we strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of invoice date.
- Work already performed will be billed at our hourly rate and deducted from the refunded amount.
- No refunds will be issued for court fees, filing fees or disbursements already paid on your behalf.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and returned via the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may be offered for services that have been partially rendered.
